CNC Programmer (Milling) $3K - $4K + VB (up to 1.5 months) Near DTL: Upper Changi / Tampines

Summary

Programs and operates CNC milling machines (Fanuc) to produce high-precision parts, using SolidWorks and Mastercam for design and programming.

Key Duties

· Perform 3D/CNC programming and setup of milling machines (Fanuc control system)

· Set up, program, and operate CNC mills for high-precision parts

· Apply knowledge of machine tools, speeds, feeds, and insert technology

· Provide technical support on production issues

· Design and re-design jigs and fixtures for machining purposes

· Verify finished parts against specifications using measuring and inspection tools

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

· Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred

· Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in CNC Milling (Precision Engineering Industry)

· Hands-on experience operating and setting up CNC mills

· Proficient in SolidWorks and Mastercam

· Familiar with Fanuc control systems

· Good knowledge of milling tooling, machining processes, and CNC manufacturing (setting / programming / operating)
