Co-Lead - Infrastructure Projects & Support| Tiruchirappalli

To support the planning, execution, and governance of infrastructure projects while ensuring operational stability, service delivery effectiveness, and continuous improvement of infrastructure support functions.

1. Co-lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects (IT systems, networks, facilities, etc.)
2. Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
3. Monitor execution progress, identify risks, and ensure timely completion
4. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
5. Oversee day-to-day support and maintenance of infrastructure systems
6. Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of systems/services
7. Drive incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution
8. Maintain service uptime and minimize downtime

Experience: 6 to 9 years

Qualifications:
Graduate ( Any Specialization)
MBA (Any Specialization)
