- Assist various departments with day-to-day operations and projects
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas
- Learn and apply industry-specific knowledge and best practices
- Collaborate with team members on assigned tasks and initiatives
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
- Support the organization's goals and objectives through various administrative tasks
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate degree program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
