The Co-Project Manager will coordinate the planning, scheduling, and tracking of multiple concurrent security tool deployments. The role involves managing stakeholder communications, tracking project risks, and supporting resource allocation for security engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Co-manage planning, scheduling and tracking across multiple concurrent security tool deployments
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
Track risks, issues and cross-workstream dependencies; escalate proactively
Prepare status reports and steering committee materials
Support resource allocation across the security engineering team
Keep Phase 1 and Phase 2 milestones on track
Requirements
3-5+ years of project management experience, ideally on IT/security infrastructure projects
Familiarity with cloud environments and security-tool implementations (not traditional on-prem infra only)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Comfortable exploring different products and handling several projects at once during Day-1
PM certification (PMP, Prince2 or Agile) a plus
