COCKTAIL SERVER

Job Summary: The cocktail server is responsible for taking and serving drink orders in the most efficient and friendly manner, while anticipating guest needs and offering drink recommendations based on guest preferences. He/She ensures guest satisfaction through cordial guest interaction and adhering to Food & Beverage (F&B) Sequence of Service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with guests and fulfilling preferences while suggesting beverages
• Displaying knowledge when creating beverages per guest requests
• Stocking service station utensils, condiments, napkins, etc
• Setting up for special functions or reserved seating
• Following opening and closing checklists
• Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and organised throughout each shift

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma - preferred
• Food Handler's Permit

Work Environment:

• Indoor/Outdoor spaces
• May be required to work outside of normal working hours, on weekends, and public holidays
• Heavy guest interaction
