Collections Officer

Location: Tanjong Pagar (Guoco Tower)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Employment Type: 6 months extendable
Salary Budget: Up to $4,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact customers with overdue accounts via calls and emails
• Negotiate repayment solutions and drive successful recoveries
• Conduct research to trace hard-to-reach customers
• Manage repossession and remarketing of vehicles
• Ensure collection targets and quality standards are met
• Support process improvements and handle ad-hoc duties
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in collections or default management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
