  • Work closely with commercial dealerships to improve fleet sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Assist dealers with inventory planning and commercial vehicle availability to meet local market demand.
  • Provide consultation and support regarding commercial vehicle upfitting solutions and vocational fleet applications.
  • Support and coordinate local commercial sales events, customer meetings, ride-and-drive activities, and industry networking opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with second-stage manufacturers, upfitters, and commercial industry partners.
  • Ensure fleet sales are accurately reported through audits and correction processes when necessary.
  • Provide monthly sales forecasts and support volume planning activities.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers and dealers within the assigned region.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong fiscal responsibility and business discipline.

Stellantis Value Creation Program (VCP) Execution & Forecast Management:

  • Drive value creation initiatives across Fleet Sales by identifying process improvements, developing business cases, and executing initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, operational effectiveness, and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, operations, finance, and related functions to implement value creation opportunities, track outcomes, and ensure successful delivery of strategic business objectives.
  • Support the execution of Stellantis' Value Creation Program (VCP) initiatives by identifying, validating, and tracking revenue, volume, and profitability opportunities within assigned accounts and territories.
  • Partner with leadership to provide timely and accurate shipment actuals, monitor initiative performance, and ensure VCP benefits are reflected in business results.
