Location: Oklahoma City, OK. This is an on-site, in-person opportunity with an engaging mix of approximately 80% office and 20% field work across active Oklahoma City metro projects.
Note: Candidates must have 6+ years of commercial construction project management experience, including 3+ years managing projects end to end.

Job Description
- Own commercial construction projects from planning and preconstruction through final closeout and warranty.
- Lead scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, client relationships, and overall project delivery.
- Partner with design teams early to identify constructability, cost, code, and scheduling issues before construction begins.
- Manage estimating, budgeting, buyout, subcontractor scopes, purchase orders, RFIs, submittals, change orders, job costing, billings, and closeout.
- Build and maintain project schedules while proactively identifying risks and keeping work moving.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, inspectors, and municipal officials.
- Maintain a meaningful field presence, resolve construction issues quickly, and uphold high craftsmanship standards.
- Recruit and strengthen trade partner relationships while maintaining reliable vendor resources.
- Mentor project and field team members and help improve construction management processes.
- Drive punch list, closeout, warranty, and final project completion with the same attention given to earlier project phases.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
- 3+ years managing construction projects end to end.
- Experience with preconstruction, estimating, buyout, construction management, and closeout.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
- Ability to independently balance quality, budget, schedule, and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong written, verbal, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with construction project management software and Bluebeam; comfort leveraging modern technology and AI tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to support project demands that may occasionally require extended hours or weekend availability during critical phases.
