Commercial Construction Project Manager

Discussion

Summary

A Commercial Construction Project Manager owns commercial design-build projects in the Oklahoma City metro end to end — from preconstruction, estimating, and buyout through scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and closeout — working ~80% office and 20% on-site field presence using construction PM software and Bluebeam.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Why This Is a Great Opportunity

  • Take true ownership of commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout, with the autonomy to make meaningful decisions.
  • Join a small, high-performing design-build team where your expertise will directly influence how projects and processes are executed.
  • Work closely with design, field, client, consultant, and trade partners instead of being siloed into one piece of the project.
  • Build distinctive, quality-focused projects where craftsmanship, durability, and long-term impact matter.
  • Enjoy paid time off, professional development assistance, mileage reimbursement, advancement opportunities, and potential relocation support.
  • Step into a leadership role where you can mentor others, strengthen construction processes, and leave your mark on a growing organization.

Location: Oklahoma City, OK. This is an on-site, in-person opportunity with an engaging mix of approximately 80% office and 20% field work across active Oklahoma City metro projects.

Note: Candidates must have 6+ years of commercial construction project management experience, including 3+ years managing projects end to end.
