Oversee commercial aspects of large construction projects in Singapore, preparing claims, managing budgets, and guiding project teams on contract administration and cost control.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation claims, and commercial documentation.
- Support EOT, Loss & Expense claims by coordinating with project teams and site records.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and provide commercial reporting to management.
- Guide project QS teams on contract administration, measurements, and claim procedures.
Job Requirements
- At least a diploma with 5–8 years of Quantity Surveying experience on large-scale infrastructure or complex building projects.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore construction contracts, especially PSSCOC and SIA.
- Experienced in claims, variations, cost control, and commercial management.
