Commercial Hot-Side Equipment Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Hot-Side Equipment Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial restaurant and food-service equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with commercial cooking equipment, strong electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide professional, courteous service in a customer-facing environment.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial restaurant equipment.

• Service commercial ovens, fryers, ranges, and other hot-side cooking equipment.

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using electrical schematics and technical documentation.

• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

• Inspect equipment, identify potential problems, and recommend appropriate repairs.

• Complete service calls in a timely and professional manner.

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding equipment issues, repairs, and recommendations.

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance while representing the company at customer locations.

• Accurately document service calls, repairs, parts used, and equipment conditions.

• Operate company vehicles safely and maintain a clean driving record.

• Respond to occasional after-hours and on-call service needs.
