What you'll do

You will focus on customer service and commercial activity, guaranteeing the achievement of business objectives and quality levels in accordance with the Caja's standards, reporting to the office management or sub-management.

Your main Functions, among others, will be:

• To offer the client excellent and close service, increasing their degree of loyalty and anticipating their current and future needs.
• Advising and marketing products and services oriented towards achieving results and meeting business objectives, building customer loyalty and acquiring new customers.
• Management of documentation and handling the client's usual operations in the office, for all marketed products and services, performing the daily office tasks whenever necessary.
• Providing support in other functions entrusted by the office or the entity.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 15:00. Thursday afternoons from 16:30 to 19:30 from November 1st to March 31st. 1,700 working hours per year.

Requirements

• University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, SMEs, or similar; or Higher Level Vocational Training in Administration and Finance or similar.
• Commercial vocation, communication skills, customer orientation, and teamwork.
• Previous experience in the sector.
• Geographical availability to work in any office in the province of Ávila.
