Your Team

Commercial Learning & Training (CLT) helps the markets deliver consistent, best-in-class customer experiences and commercial results. We enable sales leaders and frontline teams by providing:

  • Global best practices.
  • Learning programmes.
  • Tools.
  • Training.

This is to strengthen the capabilities and improve the execution across Audika. Through learning, community building and performance enablement, we help turn strategy into everyday actions that support our ambition of helping more people hear better.

Our role is to identify what works across markets, translate local successes into scalable best practices, and help markets implement them through effective learning, communication, project management and change support. We are a Centre of Excellence focused on enabling commercial performance through collaboration, consistency and continuous improvement.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a High-Potential Commercial Project Manager to join our global team.

This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You may come from a first role in consulting, commercial excellence, sales enablement, learning & development, project management or sales training and are now looking for a broader international role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders and global projects.

As a Commercial Project Manager, you will help shape and scale the best commercial practices across our global Hearing Care organisation. You will work at the intersection of project management, sales leadership enablement, training and commercial excellence, helping ensure that strategic initiatives are successfully translated into practical actions and measurable results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage Sales Leadership Enablement:

    • Help develop and scale best practices for Regional Managers and Sales Leaders.
    • Support the development of leadership toolkits, learning journeys and enablement initiatives.
    • Contribute to strengthening coaching, performance management and commercial execution capabilities across markets.
  • Coordinate Global Activities:

    • Project manage global Center of Excellence (COEs), workshops and capability-building initiatives.
    • Coordinate communication, content and stakeholder involvement.
    • Support the planning and delivery of key commercial events and programmes.
  • Strengthen Global Best Practices:

    • Identify and document successful commercial approaches across markets.
    • Facilitate sharing of best practices and lessons learned.
    • Help create scalable solutions that can be adopted globally while respecting local market needs.
  • Project Management Audika Stars (annual event):

    • Overall plan incl. communication with HCLT and markets.
    • Motivate the project team.
    • Oversee and align workstreams with work group.
    • Produce a 3-day event.

The job is predominantly performed in HQ although some travel is to be expected. Expected start date is 1st of December 2026. It is a requirement that you can start onsite from day one.

Who You Are

You are commercially driven and genuinely curious about what creates strong business results.

You enjoy understanding what works, identifying patterns and working with stakeholders to turn best practices into scalable solutions. And you are seeking your first role with you as project manager.

We imagine you have:

  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience from consulting, commercial excellence, sales enablement, learning & development or sales training.
  • A master’s degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • A structured and analytical mindset.
  • A collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, action-oriented attitude and a willingness to take ownership.
