Help Auto-Chlor System grow in the Portland, OR market - one handshake, one cold call, and one new customer at a time. We are searching for someone who is wired for activity, competition, and growth. Someone who loves meeting people and gets excited about building a book of business from scratch.

What This Role Really Is:

This is a high-activity, field-based sales position. You will be out in the marketplace M-F, 8am-5pm, walking into businesses, shaking hands, introducing Auto-Chlor, and showing prospects how we can solve problems they deal with every single day.

What You’ll Gain

• Average salary of $85,000-$110,000 in your first year (base + uncapped commission)
• Top Performers are earning $130,000 or more a year

In this role, you will:

• Make 20 to 30 in-person cold calls every day.
• Build a strong prospect pipeline.
• Lease our dish washing machines, cleaning systems, and service programs.
• Work closely with our service teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully.
• Take ownership of your numbers, territory, and activity plan.
• Represent a family-owned business known for quality service & long-term customer
