- Work closely with Boards, residents, and vendors to keep communities running smoothly.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and reports.
- Oversee maintenance projects and vendor performance.
- Handle resident concerns and ensure community satisfaction.
- Lead board meetings and provide key updates.
- Ensure community compliance with rules and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and contracts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in HOA or community association or property management.
- Knowledge of budgeting, property operations, and project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in property management software.
