- Converting prospects into paid introductory experiences
- Helping grow BODY20 membership
- We're looking for someone who thinks like a business builder, not simply an event coordinator.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- Friendly, confident, and personable
- Comfortable starting conversations with new people
- Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
- Professional in appearance and communication
- Results-oriented and able to work independently
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others
Experience in business development, outside sales, relationship management, event marketing, hospitality, recruiting, healthcare, or community outreach is a plus—but personality, initiative, and work ethic matter most.
Schedule
- Part-time (15–20 hours/week)
- Flexible schedule
- Some evenings and weekends required for community events
