  • Support the annual salary review, performance calibration, increment and bonus cycles across multiple locations.
  • Prepare, validate and analyse employee compensation and benefits data.
  • Complete salary and benefits surveys and coordinate with external survey providers.
  • Conduct market benchmarking, compensation analysis, position mapping and job evaluation.
  • Maintain regional benefits information and support benefit renewals and improvement initiatives.
  • Build Power BI dashboards for rewards reporting, workforce insights and management decision-making.
  • Use Power Automate to streamline approvals, tracking, notifications and other manual HR processes.
  • Apply Microsoft Copilot to improve data analysis, reporting, communications and administrative efficiency.
  • Support global-mobility reviews, including expatriate allowances and cost-of-living adjustments.
  • Prepare rewards procedures, employee communications and management reports.
  • Assist with job levelling, grade-structure reviews and other regional rewards projects.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in data driven roles, with a keen interest in moving into the HR space.

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in data driven roles, with a keen interest in moving into the HR space.
  • Experience with salary and benefits benchmarking, annual compensation cycles and rewards analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot and advanced Excel.
  • Good understanding of HR data, reporting and process automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, HRIS, data analytics or Mercer IPE methodology would be advantageous.
