Responsibilities

Food Safety & Sanitation Auditing Internship - Fall 2026

Preferred Majors: Food Science & Technology, Nutrition, Food Chemistry

As a Food Safety & Sanitation Auditing Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting food safety and sanitation standards across more than 70 food and beverage locations.   • Conduct routine safety and sanitation inspections at all food and beverage locations.

  • Document findings and communicate results through detailed reports to management.

  • Assist in identifying and addressing areas of non-compliance or concern.

  • Support the department’s commitment to health, safety, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be attending an accredited college or university
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs
  • Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law
  • Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
