Compliance Management Analyst II
Summary
Oversee and improve compliance processes, conduct audits, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions for a global services company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead compliance audits, reviews, and process assessments.
- Identify compliance gaps, risks, and control weaknesses.
- Analyze findings and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations.
- Track and validate corrective action plans and remediation efforts.
- Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Partner with QA, Operations, HR, and other teams to address compliance concerns.
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory requirements.
- Recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance and controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Compliance, QA, Audit, Risk Management, or Process Improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling audits, investigations, or compliance reviews is an advantage.
- QA Associates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
