Computer Research Scientist
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Research Scientist to join our dynamic team in Al-Wakra, Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analyze data to develop new computer systems and software.
- Design and implement algorithms to solve complex problems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify business needs and provide technical solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and contribute to the development of new products.
- Write technical reports, patents and papers for publication in journals or conferences.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on research projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Computer Research Scientist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, etc.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Proven track record of successful research projects or publications.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence.
- Familiarity with biometric technologies.
