Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and customer-focused IT Technician to diagnose, repair, and upgrade PCs, notebooks, and AIO systems while providing expert advice and support to customers.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware and software issues in PCs, notebooks, and AIO systems to ensure accurate repair solutions
- Assemble and disassemble laptops and desktops to facilitate repairs and upgrades
- Perform quality checks, quality control, and performance testing to verify repair effectiveness
- Provide expert advice and support to customers to enhance their understanding and satisfaction
- Maintain a positive work attitude with pride and a strong sense of responsibility in all tasks
- Learn and apply new repair techniques through provided training to improve technical skills
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Personal experience with repairing computers to support hands-on troubleshooting and repair tasks
