角色设计执行
- 根据既定风格与需求，完成角色设计
- 独立完成从草图 → 细化 → 完整设定的设计流程
- 在明确方向下进行设计延展与细节补充，保证设计质量与一致性
设计落地与支持
- 输出清晰规范的设计稿（结构、材质、细节说明等），支持3D制作
- 与3D角色美术、动画及TA协作，确保设计具备可实现性
- 根据反馈快速迭代设计方案，满足制作与项目需求
规范执行与质量控制
- 遵循项目美术风格与设计规范
- 在设计中合理控制复杂度
- 保持稳定的设计质量与产出节奏
协作与沟通
- 与内部团队高效沟通，准确理解需求并快速执行
- 根据反馈进行调整与优化
- 在多任务环境下合理安排工作优先级
任职要求
- 3年以上游戏角色设计经验，有完整项目经验优先
- 扎实的美术基础（人体结构、透视、造型、色彩）
- 具备良好的角色设计能力，能够快速适应既定风格
- 熟练使用 Photoshop（或同类工具），具备稳定产出能力
- 能独立完成完整设计流程（草图 → 精细设定）
- 理解基础3D制作流程，具备“设计可落地”意识
- 良好的执行力与时间管理能力，能在周期内稳定交付
- 良好的沟通能力，能够高效响应反馈
加分项
- 具备一定3D能力（辅助设计或基础结构理解）
- 有外包项目经验或远程协作经验
- 能适应快节奏迭代环境
作品集与材料
- 提供2–4个角色设计案例（以完成度与执行质量为主）包含： 草图（ideation） / 设计细化（refinement） / 最终设定（final concept）
- 强调设计完成度与落地性（非常重要）
