Construction Foreman

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site activities and ensure works are carried out according to project specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and workers.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox meetings.
• Inspect completed work and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material usage.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained at the worksite.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Construction Foreman or Site Supervisor.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Able to read construction drawings and coordinate site works.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Possession of relevant safety certifications is an advantage.
