CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Job Summary

You will lead and supervise construction projects by managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout project execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction projects to ensure timely and quality completion of building works
• Liaise with clients to communicate project progress and address concerns effectively
• Hire and manage subcontractors and construction workers to maintain workforce efficiency
• Monitor project progress, costs, and safety to ensure compliance with standards and budgets
• Conduct quality inspections to verify adherence to specifications and regulations
• Prepare detailed site reports, designs, and drawings to support project documentation and decision-making
• Maintain quality control checks to uphold construction standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and laborers to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve issues
