Job Description:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
- Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to project specifications and timelines.
- Manage project teams and provide leadership to site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Review project drawings, contracts, and technical documents.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to minimise delays and cost overruns.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management and clients.
- Attend project meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations, BCA requirements, and workplace safety standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and lead project teams effectively.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
