Job Description:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to project specifications and timelines.
  • Manage project teams and provide leadership to site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
  • Review project drawings, contracts, and technical documents.
  • Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to minimise delays and cost overruns.
  • Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management and clients.
  • Attend project meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract administration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations, BCA requirements, and workplace safety standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and lead project teams effectively.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
