JOB SUMMARY:

We're looking for a driven, experienced Project Manager to own our Interior Renovation (IR) and turnkey operations in the Savannah market. This is an opportunity to be the go-to person in the market - managing a diverse project load, building relationships with clients and vendors, and growing alongside the business. Day-to-day, you'll oversee projects from estimate through closeout, coordinate crews and subcontractors, ensure work is completed on time and on budget, conduct site visits, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the process. You'll also play a key role in scoping and estimating work, managing change orders, and keeping operations running smoothly.
