Summary
Oversee end-to-end construction projects from design through handover, ensuring compliance with regulations, budgets, and timelines while coordinating stakeholders.
· Lead the end-to-endproject management of the Company’s new build and A&A works, from designdevelopment to tendering through to execution, completion, and handover toOperations or Leasing, covering both pre- and post-construction phases.
· Prepare and manage projectbudgets, administer tender processes, and provide regular cost and financialreports to Management.
· Review and ensure allarchitectural, structural, and M&E drawings and works comply withapplicable regulations, codes, and by-laws of relevant authorities.
· Monitor and controlproject progress to ensure alignment with specifications, timelines, andapproved budgets.
· Collaborate closely withinternal and external stakeholders, including Management, landlords,contractors, consultants, and government authorities, to achieve successfulproject delivery in terms of time, cost, and quality.
Requirements
·Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post GraduateDiploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey,Architecture or equivalent.
· Degree in BuildingConstruction or a related discipline.
· Minimum 5 years ofrelevant experience in Project and Design Management.
· Strong familiarity withlocal building codes, regulations, and authority approval processes.
