Summary
Oversee residential and government construction projects from planning to handover, managing teams, budgets, and compliance with regulatory standards.
1. Project Planning &Execution
· Lead end-to-end planning and execution of residential and/or government construction projects
· Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and work programmes
· Coordinate resources from pre-construction through completion and handover
2. Team Leadership &Coordination
· Manage and guide projectteams including site engineers, quantity surveyors, site supervisors, andsupport staff
· Foster collaborationacross internal departments and stakeholders
· Set clear expectations,deliverables, and performance standards
3. Subcontractor &Stakeholder Management
· Manage subcontractors,suppliers, and vendors
· Conduct regular progressmeetings to ensure milestone achievement
· Resolve site issues,technical queries, and coordination matters promptly
4. Tendering &Documentation
· Lead preparation andsubmission of government tenders and procurement documents
· Work closely with QS andconsultants to ensure cost efficiency and compliance
· Manage tenderclarifications and post-submission processes
5. Quality, Safety &Compliance
· Ensure all works complywith design specifications, regulatory standards, and safety requirements
· Support site inspectionsand coordinate with relevant authorities for approvals
· Troubleshoot and resolvetechnical and site-related issues effectively
6. Project Tracking &Reporting
· Monitor project costs, budgets, and timelines against actual performance
· Provide regular progress updates to senior management
· Maintain accurate project documentation using project management tools
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry ina project management role
· Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, orrelated field
