CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER / Senior Project Manager/Project Manager
Summary
Oversees construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while coordinating with clients, authorities, and contractors in Singapore.
Job Responsibility
Report directly to top management, providing regular updates on project status and key milestones.
Oversee the overall implementation and completion of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
Lead and manage a team of professional and technical staff in the planning and execution of daily operations.
Coordinate and collaborate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues.
Ensure all project activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and specific healthcare facility requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; a degree recognized by the Singapore PE Board is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing high-rise building projects, with at least 1 completed project cycles.
