Construction Supervisor
Summary
Oversee on-site construction activities, enforce safety rules, and coordinate workers and deliveries to meet project plans and quality standards.
* Supervise daily site operations and coordinate construction activities.
* Monitor workers, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
* Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations.
* Conduct daily toolbox meetings and enforce workplace safety requirements.
* Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
* Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain site records.
* Inspect completed work and ensure quality standards are achieved.
* Resolve site issues and assist in project planning and scheduling.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of relevant construction site supervisory experience.
* Knowledge of masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and renovation works is an advantage.
* Able to read construction drawings and coordinate site activities.
* Good leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
* Familiar with Singapore workplace safety requirements.
* Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
