Focus

• Oversee the full lifecycle of technology initiatives, from initial planning and system configuration through evaluation, implementation, and integration into daily business operations.
• Configure and optimize Procore financial capabilities to support budgeting, cost tracking, financial reporting, and related project controls.
• Guide the implementation of preconstruction, project management, and financial tools while aligning platform functionality with client requirements.
• Coordinate integrations between Procore and other business applications, particularly financial and accounting systems.
• Partner with construction stakeholders to evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop more effective technology-enabled workflows.
• Develop educational resources, provide hands-on guidance, and implement strategies that support seamless technology adoption and effective system utilization across teams.
• Oversee implementation milestones, manage competing priorities, and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing platform administration, troubleshooting, and process improvement support to maintain system effectiveness.

Skill Set

• 5+ years of hands-on Procore experience, including at least 2 years focused on platform implementation and administration.
• 4+ years of construction industry experience involving project management, operational processes, or construction technology.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management platforms, with a strong understanding of financial operations, budget oversight, and project-related cost management practices.
• Proven background implementing construction technology solutions that support project planning, operational activities, financial processes, and connectivity across business systems.
• Proven ability to manage software implementation projects, configure systems, coordinate training, and drive user adoption.
• Experience connecting construction management platforms with financial systems and supporting cross-platform data workflows.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Candidates must reside within the UTC+4 time zone, maintain availability aligned with Dubai's standard working hours, and demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
