Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic disorders.
- Conduct advanced surgical procedures including joint replacements, arthroscopic surgeries, and trauma-related operations.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Manage postoperative care and monitor patient rehabilitation progress.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, surgical procedures, and recovery expectations.
- Maintain thorough and accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on current advancements in orthopedic surgery and musculoskeletal medicine through continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialization in orthopedic surgery from a recognized institution.
- Board certification in orthopedic surgery.
- Valid and current medical license to practice in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Extensive experience managing orthopedic surgery and musculoskeletal disorders in a clinical setting.
- Proven surgical expertise with a strong track record in complex cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
