Key responsibilities
- Conduct detailed neurological evaluations and diagnostic assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including advanced surgical interventions.
- Perform complex neurosurgical procedures with precision and adherence to best practices.
- Manage patient care throughout pre-operative, operative, and post-operative stages.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize comprehensive patient care.
- Engage in clinical research and professional development activities to stay at the forefront of neurosurgical advancements.
- Educate patients, families, and medical staff regarding neurological conditions and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of accredited residency training in neurosurgery.
- Board certification in neurosurgery is mandatory.
- Proven clinical experience with a minimum of 5 years in neurosurgery practice.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced neurosurgical procedures and techniques.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
