Consultant Psychologist
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Consultant Psychologist to join our growing team on a contractual basis. The psychologist will provide online psychological consultations, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and support clients through evidence-based therapeutic interventions. The role requires strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online psychological consultations and therapy sessions.
- Assess client concerns and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Provide evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment strategies when required.
- Collaborate with the clinical team for referrals and case discussions.
- Adhere to professional ethics, confidentiality, and organizational policies.
- Participate in supervision, training, and quality improvement initiatives as required.
Requirements
Essential
- Master's Degree in Psychology (Clinical/Counseling/Applied Psychology or related field).
- Minimum 1 year of counseling/therapy experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace.
