Location: Stockholm, onsite
Financial: 12 month contract role which can be extended.
Rates: 750 – 850 SEK per hour

Our partner is looking for a consultant who can combine technical leadership with hands‑on Embedded Linux development. The role involves leading a Linux software team while actively contributing to software development for both new product projects and maintenance of released products.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Embedded Linux development experience.
- Strong C programming expertise.
- Deep knowledge of Linux-based embedded systems.
- Experience with Yocto, Git workflows, Jenkins, and CI/CD.
- Proven technical leadership and delivery coordination experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of daily engineering work.
Preferred Skills
- ARM-based platforms and BSP development.
- Camera, sensor, and imaging systems.
- GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate an Embedded Linux software team.
- Drive technical activities, planning, and software deliveries.
- Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Track progress, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Work closely with Program Management and cross-functional teams including Middleware, UI, Electronics, and Verification & Validation.
- Act as a senior software developer while providing technical leadership.
