Role Overview

You will build, run and improve the Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) integrations behind master

data platforms: OneCustomer (HCP, HCO and Affiliation) and OneProduct. The work covers source-to-MDM

ingestion, MDM Hub configuration, and publish (egress) to Snowflake for downstream consumers such as

CRM, SFMC and analytics. You will work with business stewards, product owners and other engineers across

time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain IICS Cloud Data Integration mappings, mapping tasks and taskflows, covering ingestion into Informatica MDM SaaS (Business 360) and the egress layer to Snowflake.
  • Support MDM Hub configuration: entity models, match/merge rules, cleanse and validation, crosswalks and survivorship.
  • Investigate and fix data-sync issues end to end: source Operational Data (Oracle/Postgres) MDM Snowflake downstream. For example, a record missing downstream, a merge not reflected,or a date shifted by a day because of timezone or epoch handling.
  • Work from evidence: mapping SQL, field coverage, job run history, and record counts at each hop.
  • Monitor jobs, tune performance, and handle reruns, reconciliation and incident follow-up.
  • Move changes through DEV UAT PROD with documented promotion packages, dependency checks and a rollback plan.
  • Work with the R360 reference-data team to consume code lists (Snowflake data share or API) in your integrations.
  • Document designs, source-to-target mappings, findings and runbooks in Confluence, and keep work current in Jira.

Skills & Experience we value :

  • 45 years of hands-on IICS / Informatica Cloud: CDI mappings, taskflows, parameters, error handling and scheduling. PowerCenter experience is a plus.
  • At least 2 years on Informatica MDM (SaaS/Business 360 preferred, or MDM Hub on-prem): match/merge, golden records, cross-references, trust and survivorship.
  • Strong SQL (Snowflake, Oracle, PostgreSQL), including debugging transformations and reconciling counts.
  • Working knowledge of Snowflake: roles, warehouses, views and data sharing.
  • Data-integration patterns: CDC and incremental loads, idempotency, bulk vs. event publish, and timestamp/timezone handling.
  • REST APIs and JSON, including reading API responses to diagnose issues.
  • Domain knowledge of customer (HCP/HCO) or product master data. Life sciences or pharma experience is preferred.

Preferred :

  • Experience with Veeva CRM, SFMC or other downstream consumers of MDM data.
  • Exposure to reference data management (Informatica RDM / R360) and code-list governance.
  • Python or shell scripting for validation and reconciliation.
  • Power BI or other downstream reporting exposure. working-style prerequisites
  • Agile / PI planning: comfortable with SAFe-style PI planning, story-pointed Jira work and weekly team meetings, and gives realistic estimates and status.
  • Confluence as the system of record: documentation lives there, not in chat or on personal drives.
  • Access and security: works under SSO/IDS-based access with short-lived sessions (about 30 minutes idle). Handles credentials and tokens responsibly and never commits secrets or session values to code or config.
  • Environment discipline: does not promote changes to PROD without UAT validation, an impact check and the required approvals.
  • Evidence-first investigation: states findings with counts and proof at each hop, and distinguishes confirmed root causes from theories.
  • Cross-geography collaboration: works with France, India, Hungary and Middle East teams, writes clear English, and keeps reliable overlap hours with CET.
  • Ownership and communication: proactively raises risks and delays, closes the loop with stakeholders, and states decisions and recommendations instead of waiting for direction.
  • Values alignment: Aim Higher, Act for Patients, Be Bold, Lead Together.

Good to have skillsets:

  • Curious about root causes, not just workarounds.
  • Writes things down so the next person does not start from scratch.
  • Comfortable challenging a requirement when the data says otherwise.
