- Own team delivery, priorities, timelines, and quality.
- Provide technical direction and remove blockers.
- Set goals, coach engineers, and manage performance.
- Coordinate dependencies and communicate risks.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team development.
- 1-2 years of experience in people management
- 3-4 years of Core development experience
