Rouxel TP is looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst in Doha who has strong Workforce Management capabilities and experience in a contact centre environment. The ideal candidate will analyze operational data, optimize workforce planning, and deliver insights to enhance performance, efficiency, and customer experience.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in SQL and Excel is required, along with skills in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
