Container Surveyor Assistant (West / 5.5 days) [EL]
Summary
Inspects shipping containers for damage during gate-in/out, documents findings with photos, and recommends repairs while coordinating with customers and inspectors.
Responsibilities
- Inspect containers during gate-in and gate-out processes.
- Take photos of containers for record and documentation.
- Identify container damages and prepare repair recommendations and reports.
- Liaise with customers regarding container damage matters.
- Support joint inspections with customers or external inspectors.
Requirements
- Basic PC knowledge.
- Able to handle physically demanding work.
- Comfortable working at heights (around 3m) and climbing onto chassis when needed.
- Must have work at height (3m) cert
