We're shaping the future of Australia’s audio landscape and need passionate, high-performing talent to help us entertain, inform, and inspire—anytime, anywhere.About the role: The Content Operations Manager is a broad operational role in a fast-paced environment, working across SCA's broadcast audio programming. The role contributions to the operations for local markets and network programs across regional, provincial and metro programming, and takes on delegated operational work across the team. The role supports the Head of Content Operations and fellow Content Operations Managers, helps develop team members, and contributes to project planning, Network playout execution and initiatives across SCA's broadcast audio programming as directed.Key AccountabilitiesProvide operational support across metro, regional and network stations to keep content on-air and running smoothly.Assist with scheduling, playout and management of all broadcast assets.Support programming projects and initiatives across the business.Build strong relationships with programming, content and operational teams.Help improve processes, maintain documentation and support team capability.Monitor on-air content and troubleshoot scheduling or playout issues.Develop expertise in scheduling and playout systems, including Zetta and GSelector.Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience in broadcast audio operations across scheduling, logs, playout and market cover. Operational capability across multiple broadcast audio networks and markets, or the ability to build it quickly. Demonstrated ability to support and develop other team members. Ability to work independently and at pace in a reactive environment, moving across multiple areas and adjusting priorities at short notice.Ability to take direction from multiple managers and prioritise effectively. Sound knowledge of broadcast scheduling and playout platforms, ideally Zetta and GSelector.
