Who We Are

In an increasingly complex world where people are starving for someone they can trust, we stand for something simple: always put the client first. We do well by doing good for those we serve. It’s the ultimate measure. We believe in providing value beyond a doubt and in the notion that time will either expose you or promote you, based on your willingness to embrace change.

We serve financial advisors and investors through three entities, each headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska: Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching and Carson Partners. We provide coaching and partnership services to advisor firms – and straightforward financial advice to the investing public. We all share a common mission to be the most trusted in financial advice.

Who We Want

Develop promotional content and support the digital experience for the advisor community. Create and manage content across digital channels, ensuring the right content reaches the right audiences efficiently and effectively. Maintain advisor-facing web portals and coordinate ongoing content initiatives from planning through delivery. • Project Management: Manage “always-on” content projects from an end-to-end perspective: scoping, timelines, resourcing, stakeholder communication, and delivery. Maintain the content calendar and balance competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Content Governance: Establish and enforce content governance standards, including style guides, version control, and approval processes. Ensure content meets applicable brand, quality, and compliance requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with writers, designers, audience marketing teams, communications, subject matter experts, and compliance to develop content, resolve dependencies, and keep projects on track.
  • Performance and Process Improvement: Track content performance and surface insights that inform future content decisions. Help manage content and creative workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.
