CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND MANUFACTURING MANAGER

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing Manager to lead our efforts in optimizing manufacturing processes, developing operational capabilities, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process improvement, or operational excellence.

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools, VSM, Six Sigma, and process automation.

• Experience leading teams, developing people, and driving cross functional initiatives.

• Advanced English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

• Develop and lead Lean Manufacturing workshops and employee training programs.

• Evaluate production systems and drive alignment with business objectives and performance indicators.

• Lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) initiatives and support Business Units in achieving their improvement goals.

• Participate in the design and optimization of manufacturing processes, as well as capital investment evaluations.

• Drive the implementation of Lean tools in new projects through the APQP process.

• Promote operational excellence while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, IATF, and ISO 14001 standards.
