Job Summary:

Contract Administrators support our fiber network expansion by preparing design estimates, work orders, and contract documents, processing purchase requisitions, and tracking transactions to ensure deadlines are met and contracts move through the approval process efficiently.

What you will be doing:

• Create work orders from design documents and send them to contractors.

• Coordinate with project teams to clarify work order requirements.

• Help prepare construction cost estimates.

• Create purchase and change order requests in Oracle.

• Assign purchase order numbers to work orders.

• Ensure work orders are completed, documented, and properly filed.

• Maintain databases to track work order status and progress.

• Enter work orders into the Production Tracker and Elixir systems.

• Help contractors resolve issues with the Production Tracker.

• Help develop and improve processes and procedures to keep operations running smoothly.

• Support the Project Controls Director with assigned tasks.

• All other duties as assigned

What You Need For This Position:

• Associate degree in accounting preferred.
• Strong skills using Excel, Outlook and Adobe.
• Multitask effectively and efficiently.
• Very strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
