Contract HR Operations Executive (Banking) at Raffles Place, up to $4500
Summary
Provide HR operations support for a banking team, handling onboarding, compliance, and employee lifecycle tasks using HR systems and local regulations.
Job Descriptions:
- You will provide professional support and ensure prompt and smooth execution of the employee life cycle activities, adhering to the local regulations and company’s policies.
- Manage onboarding administration process including employee screenings, issuance of offer letters, employee declaration etc.
- Initiate post-employment screenings and highlight discrepancies flagged out in screening reports to the respective HR Business Partners.
- Manage other staff movement activities such as transfers, secondment, conversions of employment types, retirement and cessation of employment.
- Manage activities related to the Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers where required.
- Administer work pass applications and renewals for employees and/or dependents.
- Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR systems.
- Ensure timely storage of employee documents.
- Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely responses to employees and stakeholders.
- Provide support to the ex-staff reference check process
- Any other duties or projects assigned.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Salary:
- Up to $4,500 (depending on experience)
Job Requirements:
- Degree qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience within the financial services industry or prior experience using Workday is preferred
- High level of initiative, meticulous and detailed oriented with strong organisation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Positive working attitude, results oriented and have a process and service-focused mind-set
- Energised by a fast-paced work environment, with the ability to multi-task and manage high volume work, with minimum supervision
- Willingness to embrace new HR technologies and changing processes
