HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE
Job Description / Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees.
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit procedures.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines.
- Manage employee attendance, leave administration, overtime, and employee records.
- Handle compensation and benefits administration including insurance, claims, and statutory contributions.
- Support performance management processes including probation reviews, KPI tracking, and annual appraisal exercises.
- Address employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and HR reports.
- Coordinate training and development programs and maintain training records.
- Support disciplinary matters, investigations, and grievance handling where required.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, and management presentations when necessary.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management related to Human Resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to multiple HR functions (for Executive level).
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR practices, and statutory compliance.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage (if applicable).
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
