12-month contract (extendable) for a medior Python developer placed with ERPrecruit's client in the Netherlands, hybrid from an Amsterdam office. Day to day: build and optimise scalable Python back-end applications, improve existing systems, write automated tests, and contribute to architecture within a technical team using Linux, SQL/NoSQL and CI/CD tooling.
On behalf of a trusted client in the Netherlands, we’re looking for a Medior Python Developer to join a professional, technically driven team. You’ll help develop and improve complex software solutions, working with fellow developers to build reliable, scalable and future-proof applications.

What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain back-end software in Python
- Build and optimise scalable applications

What you bring
- Around 3 years of relevant experience as a Python developer
- Solid knowledge of Python and back-end development
- Experience working with Linux
- Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps or cloud technologies
- A good understanding of software architecture and code quality
- An independent, solution-oriented way of working xgiwjmb
