Contracts Manager | M&E / Construction | $7K–$8K

From tender preparation to final contract close-out, play a key role throughout the project lifecycle.

Looking to apply your commercial expertise beyond day-to-day contract administration? This opportunity offers involvement in tender assessments, negotiations, cost monitoring, risk management and contractual close-out for electrical engineering projects across Singapore and Malaysia.

Your Scope

• Oversee contract administration, negotiations, subcontracts and supplier agreements.

• Review tender documents, quotations and commercial proposals.

• Track contractual performance, project costs, variation orders and potential risks.

• Coordinate with internal project teams and external stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.

• Manage contract documentation, payment records, insurance policies and performance bonds.

• Facilitate final account settlement, contractual close-out and post-project reviews.

Your Background

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, Business Administration or a related discipline; diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered.

• 3–5 years of contracts management experience in construction or engineering.

• Electrical engineering project experience preferred.

• Data centre and commercial project experience is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and applicable BCA requirements.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
