Join an established electrical engineering company supporting data centre and commercial developments across Singapore and Malaysia.

We are looking for a commercially driven Contracts Manager who can manage contractual negotiations, procurement matters and project financial performance while working closely with engineering and project teams.

Your Role:

• Take charge of contract negotiations, subcontract agreements and supplier arrangements.
• Review tender submissions, evaluate quotations and assess commercial proposals.
• Manage project variations, claims, payment terms and contractual obligations.
• Safeguard project profitability through effective cost monitoring and risk management.
• Work closely with internal teams and external parties to resolve contractual matters.
• Ensure proper documentation, contract compliance and timely project close-outs.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3–5 years of contracts management experience within the construction or engineering industry.
• Background in M&E, electrical engineering or related construction projects preferred.
• Degree in QS, Construction Management, Business, Law or related fields. Relevant diploma holders may also be considered.
• Good understanding of contractual administration, procurement and commercial negotiations.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and BCA requirements.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
