We are supporting a leading institutional-grade RWA (real-world asset) DeFi protocol focused on tokenized credit, real-yield products, and fully collateralized, composable primitives. Emphasis is placed on robust risk management, on-chain transparency, legal structuring, and credit enhancement to meet the standards of traditional financial institutions.

They are looking for a CEO/ COO with a pedigree in Investment Banking to lead the development of their financial platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the vision for company's financial infrastructure, ensuring it meets the rigorous standards of global institutional players.
  • Oversee the development of secure, scalable financial platforms and infrastructure.
  • Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, institutional investors, and Tier-1 financial partners.
  • Use your TradFi background to ensure the platform’s architecture is compliant, robust, and commercially viable.

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive background in Investment Banking or institutional financial services.
  • 5+ years of experience in the crypto/digital asset space, specifically focusing on infrastructure or institutional platforms.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus but not required.
