What You'll Do

As a Cook, you'll bring energy, teamwork, and attention to detail to every shift. You'll be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality food according to our recipes, standards, and procedures while helping create a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking food to recipe specifications and Fresquez quality standards.
• Following all food safety, sanitation, health, and personal hygiene requirements.
• Setting up and maintaining your station for a successful shift.
• Monitoring food quality, temperatures, portions, and presentation.
• Properly cleaning and maintaining cooking equipment and work areas.
• Following food production procedures to ensure consistency and freshness.
• Using food, supplies, and equipment responsibly to minimize waste and loss.
• Working closely with your team to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Helping create an exceptional guest experience through great food and teamwork.
