What you'll do

• Preparation of mise-en-place and support during service.
• Execution of the assigned station during service.
• Control and correct product rotation (FIFO).
• Compliance with quality, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Coordination with the team to guarantee efficient service

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cook in an à la carte restaurant.
• Ability to manage a station.
• Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Availability for split and continuous shifts.
